Neumann Developments has strategic relationships with several home builders throughout south-eastern Wisconsin. Our owner started out in the Home Building business! We know what home builders are looking for and how to work with you for mutual benefit.
Special Packages
Many of our projects are sold to one or several home builders without even hitting the open market. We have put together many creative purchasing plans that fit the home builder's needs and budget.
